Mr. Trump also said he wanted Russell T. Vought, a major player in the conservative government blueprint known as Project 2025, to run the Office of Management and Budget. As his labor secretary, he also mentioned selecting Representative Lori Chavez-DeRemer of Oregon, who recently lost her re-election campaign.
Friday's postponing of Mr. Trump's sentence in his Manhattan criminal case by a New York judge confirmed that the president-elect would not be sentenced on Tuesday as originally scheduled. Juan M.
